Shipping Policy
Shipping costs will be as per the shipping zones selected by the customer at checkout. Free shipping may apply on some orders from time to time. Where Free Shipping applies, it will be indicated on the final invoice.
Turnaround
All stocked orders are shipped within 48 hours, 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday) within business hours.
Some items are shipped from a 3rd party suppliers’ inventory, Orders are placed every weekday. Please allow customized shipping times due to specific customer logistics.
Some marked items are direct from our distributors warehouse to save you money, please allow 2-3 days lay time for orders to arrive at our warehouse. As we grow shipping times will decrease, we thank you for your patience and support.
Logistics Partners
For goods bought inclusive of delivery, we maintain liability until goods reach the customer. Our logistics partners are conversant with transporting fragile and energy equipment and handle all shipments with care. Incase of any damage and/or loss in transit, this would be handled by Fidon Energy.
For goods bought exclusive of shipping/delivery, once an order has been collected for shipping, we waive all liability to damage and or loss in transit. A customer may choose to appoint their preferred logistics partner, at which all liability to damage and/or loss is waived once their logistics partner receives goods.
Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provided by the logistics partner, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 3rd party shipping carriers will not have tracking numbers.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be. You will have a chance to not place your order with our delivery options, choose a pickup or appoint your shipping agent.
Back Orders/Pre-Order
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
